Bonuses and Promotions at Realz

A bonus is only as good as its terms. So alongside the headline numbers you will find wagering requirements, deadlines and game weighting — before you deposit, not after.

Welcome package

New players get a 100% match up to C$500 on the first deposit plus 200 free spins. The spins arrive in four batches of 50 over four days and are tied to selected slots.

The arithmetic
Deposit C$100 and you get C$100 in bonus funds. At 40× that is C$4,000 in total wagers before a withdrawal is possible. Achievable, but not automatic — plan those 30 days realistically.

Understanding the terms

Game weighting

Not every game contributes equally. Clearing a bonus on blackjack takes ten times as long as on slots — the single most common reason a bonus expires unused.

Common pitfalls

  • Betting over C$5 per round during wagering can void the bonus.
  • Withdrawing before the terms are met forfeits the bonus and anything won from it.
  • Free-spin winnings carry the same 40× requirement as the bonus itself.
  • One welcome bonus per person, household and IP address.

VIP programme

Every real-money wager earns points. As your tier rises, so does the cashback rate and the weekly withdrawal ceiling; from Gold upward you also get a dedicated account manager.

How big is the Realz welcome bonus?
100% up to C$500 on your first deposit plus 200 free spins spread over four days. Minimum deposit is C$20 and wagering is 40×.
Can I decline the bonus?
Yes. You can opt out at the cashier and play with no wagering attached. If you plan to withdraw soon, that is often the better call.
Why was my bonus cancelled?
The usual causes are a bet above C$5 per round during wagering, a withdrawal before the terms were met, or a second bonus claimed from the same household.
