• Participation is open to players of legal gambling age in their province who do not reside in a restricted territory.
• One account per person, household, device and IP address.
• Information provided must be accurate and current; changes must be reported promptly.
• Accounts are non-transferable and login details must not be shared.
• Realz may suspend an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion or money laundering.

• Deposits may only be made from payment instruments held in the account holder's own name.
• Withdrawals are processed back through the deposit method wherever possible.
• Verification must be complete before the first withdrawal.
• Realz applies no fees of its own; third-party charges are unaffected.
• Balances do not earn interest. Accounts inactive for twelve months may be subject to a fee, after notice by email.

• Each bonus is additionally governed by its own promotional terms.
• The standard wagering requirement is 40× the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• A maximum bet of C$5 per round applies while wagering is outstanding.
• Withdrawing before the terms are met forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus abuse, including coordinated play across multiple accounts, results in cancellation.

• In the event of a technical malfunction, affected rounds and payouts are declared void.
• Realz is not liable for interruptions to the player's own internet connection.
• Realz server logs are determinative in the event of a dispute.
• Complaints should be sent to [email protected]; we respond within 72 hours.
• If a complaint remains unresolved, the Tobique Gaming Commission may be engaged as the licensing body.

Realz may amend these terms. Material changes are announced by email 14 days in advance.
